Shipping and Delivery Policy

* All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
* You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Time
* Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Estimated delivery time varies depending on your location, usually taking between 7 to 14 business days for international shipping.
* Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs clearance procedures or carrier delays beyond our control.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
* The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
* Orders shipped outside our main hubs may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. 
* Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we have no control over these charges.

4. Tracking Your Order
* When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
